✅ To Avail Exchange or Refund
You must order all 5 flavours (minimum ½ kg each / 1 full box per flavour).

🔄 Exchange Policy
If your cat liked only some flavours — for example, Tuna Thuinni and Blessed Murgi — but didn’t eat the rest,
you can exchange the uneaten flavours for the ones your cat prefers.
Even if the boxes are opened, we’ll still accept the exchange.

💰 Refund Policy
If your cat didn’t eat any of the 5 flavours, you’re eligible for a refund — but here’s what you’ll need to do:
1. You must provide a video showing that you fed your cat according to our feeding guidelines.
2. You must try feeding the food for at least 3 days to confirm your cat truly didn’t eat any of it.
3. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund — only the delivery charge will be deducted.
4. Refunds are processed within up to 5 working days.
